THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1898 OF 2013 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for petitioner. Even on last occasion, none appeared for the petitioner.

In the instant Contempt Case, petitioner alleged that the order of this Court dated 06.09.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.26201 of 2013 has not been complied. Learned counsel for respondents submits that the order has been complied long back.

That seems to be the reason why, nobody is coming forward to workout the Contempt Case on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the Contempt Case. Order accordingly.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
