The grievance of petitioners is that petitioners have submitted a application on 06.11.2015 before 3rd respondent in Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 for mutation of their names in the Revenue Records and issuance of pattadar passbooks, and the 3rd respondent is not passing any order thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider the application of petitioners and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' application and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate its decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
