No representation for the petitioner in the forenoon and afternoon. This Court on 03.09.2012, passed the following interim order "Notice before admission.

Respondents are directed to take appropriate decision, on the application of the petitioner, for grant of permission to run MPHW (male) course, and communicate the same to it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (2) weeks from today." It appears that with the passage of time or the respondents acting in terms of order dated 03.09.2012, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Hence, the petitioner is not showing interest to work out the writ prayer.
