Heard.

This writ petition is filed complaining that the 4th respondent is calling the petitioner to the Police Station and harassing him at the instance of the 5th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the 5th respondent has filed a complaint, dated 05-02-2015, which was forwarded to the 4th respondent and on which, preliminary enquiries were made by the 4th respondent and he found that the dispute between the 5th respondent and the petitioner is purely of civil in nature. Hence, the 4th respondent advised the 5th respondent to approach competent civil court and no further action is taken on the complaint of the 5th respondent, dated 05-02-2015. It is also stated that since no action is taken on the aforesaid complaint, the question of calling and harassing the petitioner does not arise.

Apparently, the present writ petition is filed merely on apprehension without there being any reason for the petitioner to think that he is likely to be harassed by the respondents.
