Impugning the order dated 29.08.2016 in I.A.No.177 of in O.S.No.52 of on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Thungathurthy, Nalgonda District, the petitioner/ defendant filed present revision. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1st respondent/ plaintiff and perused the material on record. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed by remanding the matter to the lower Court to consider in deciding the application along with another application if any filed within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and also to amend the plaint to avoid all technical objections. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
