THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 2464 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed challenging the e-auction sale notice dated 29.12.2015 whereby the auction of the property was scheduled to be held on 30.01.2016.

While so, Sri D. Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly informed this Court that the scheduled auction sale did not materialise on 30.01.2016 for want of bidders. He would further submit that the conditional interim order dated 28.01.2016 passed by this Court was complied with and the loan account was also regularised thereafter. He would however state that liberty may be reserved to his client to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law in the event cause arises. Recording the said statements, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the liberty aforestated.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
