THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13828 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that petitioners had applied on 03-06-2013 to the 5th respondent to mutate their names in the Revenue Records and the 5th respondent has not taken any action in that regard.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that petitioners ought to file application in Form-6A provided in the A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") and if such application is filed by petitioners, the 5th respondent will consider and dispose of the same within six (06) weeks from the date of submission of such application.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file application in Form-6A of the Act within two (02) weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order. If such application is filed by petitioners, the 5th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within six (06) weeks from the date of submission of such application.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
