Ravindra Babu to be printed in the place of Sri. G. Dharma Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and directed that the writ petition be listed today.

Today, neither is Sri I. Ravindra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner present nor is there any representation on his behalf. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
