THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16927 of 2009 ORDER:

On 12.03.2015 Sri M.Ramalingeshwar Reddy, learned counsel, filed a Memo stating that he has given up the Vakalat and the petitioner has taken 'no-objection' from him so also the entire case bundle. As such, on 17.03.2015, this Court issued notice to the petitioners. The notice sent to the petitioners returned un-served with an endorsement 'no such person'.

In spite of taking back the case bundle from their counsel, the petitioners failed either to engage any other counsel or to appear before this Court in-person. As such, the matter is being adjourned from time to time. Till date there is no representation from the petitioners. It appears, the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
