ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.12.09.2014 in C.C. No.1228 of 2014.

At the hearing, the respondent is personally present. The learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana on instructions submitted that all the formalities pertaining to the allotment of land in favour of the petitioners are completed and that the respondent will ensure that a Government Order is

issued in this regard within five weeks.

In the light of the above submission, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioners to seek reopening of the contempt case in the event the Government Order as assured by the learned Advocate General is not issued. As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Application No.1404 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
