This Criminal Petition is filed to quash order, dated 02.9.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.2643 of 2017 in C.C.No.129 of 2015 on the file of the learned XXV Special Magistrate at Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner-accused seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Criminal Petition bringing certain other facts to the notice of this Court. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
