The inaction on the part of respondents 3 and 4 in seizing the vehicle bearing No.AP 09 HF 5012 (renumbered as MP 09 HF 5012) of respondents 5 and 6, pursuant to the order dated 28.06.2014 in C.F.R.No.3896/2014 in F.I.R.No.116/2014 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad, is challenged before this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police have failed to arrest the accused / respondents 5 and 6. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, brings to the notice of the Court that investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad, and the case was numbered as C.C.No.809 of 2014 on the file of, and the matter is pending for trial. In the light of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
