THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON NO.4274 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under; "that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent herein in not mutating the concerned revenue records by way of incorporating the name of the petitioner and not issuing the e-pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.10-00 gts under Sy.No.57/24, situated at Ghanpur Village, Marpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on her application dated 30.11.

2017, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.11.2017 for mutation in respect of the subject land, after following the procedure strictly in accordance with law, and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an application in the prescribed format in Form VI-A under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, seeking mutation in the revenue records in relation to the subject land.

Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Marpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Marpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application expeditiously

SK, J W.P.No.4274 of 2019 and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ______________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 1st March, 2019 sj
