THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.8656 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition is closed as the writ petitioner wants to file a proper application in the matter as required under law before the respondent concerned within seven days from date. If such an application is made, the respondent concerned shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order.
