Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent (The Station House Officer, Rajampet Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District), to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Cr. No. 44 of 2017, Rajampet Urban PS, YSR Kadapa District;

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, (AP) The Court made the following Order:
"This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 in Crime No.44 of 2017 on the file of the Rajampet Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, for grant of anticipatory bail. The offences alleged are under Sections-324 and 307 read with 34 IPC. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. Perused the record. The case of the prosecution is that Bandaru Bala Subramanyam, Chinna Pakkiraiah, Prasad and K.Ravi Kumar came to the house of the de facto complainant and there was a dispute between them.
The name of this petitioner does not find place in the First Information Report. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that accused Nos.1 to 3 in this case were already granted regular bail.
Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that this is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Rajampet Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. Further,
on such release, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438
(2) Cr.P.C., as under:
1. The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the Police Officer as and when required.
2. The petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer.
