This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3535 of 2019, pending on the file of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangai. The petitioners herein are Accused Nos. 2 and 3 in the said CC' The offences alleged against them are under Sections 498-A, 342, 325 and 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record. 3.
A perusal of the charge sheet rnould reveal that there are no specific allegations against the petitioners herein. The 1"t petitioner is mother and the 2nd petitioner is father of A- 1. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners though raised several grounds and contentions seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3535 of 2019, he is restricting his relief to dispense with the presence of the petitioners herein /A-2 and .,{3. 5.
Considering the above said submissions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the presence of petitioners herein/Accused Nos.2 and 3 only, in C.C.No.3535 of 2019, pending on the file of V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal. Horvever, petitioners herein/Accused Nos.2 and 3 shall appear before the Court below as and when
, their presence is required. It is made clear that the proceedings against Accused No.1 in C.C.No.3535 of 2019 may go on and he shall appear in the said CC.
