This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/ accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C (SR) No.8975 of 2011 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad.

2) Heard and perused the material on record.

3) As the Calender Case proceedings are of the year 2011, this Court feels it just to put the parties to trial and the petitioner is at liberty to file the petition for discharge, if no charges so far framed.

4) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5 ) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
