This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging that the respondent has not complied with orders of this Court, dated 19-08-2016 in W.P.No.27874 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court. Ms.Shilpa, learned counsel representing Mr.K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court. 3.

In view of submission made by both counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
