RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of lVandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not registering FIR on the complaint filed by the petitioner dt.31/03/201 I against the accused who are trespassed into the petitioner's land in Sy. No.24 to an extent of Ac.3.20 gts situated at Choulla Ramaram Village, Addagudur Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of U.P.

and others and consequently direct the respondents to register FIR against the accused who are trespassed into the petitioner's land in Sy.No.24 to an extent of Ac.3.20 gts situated at Choulla Ramaram Village, Addagudur lrilandal, Yadadri Bhongir District. lA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents police to register FIR against the accused who are trespassed into the petitionefs land in Sy.No.24 to an extent of Ac.3.20 gts situated at Choulla Ramaram Village, Addagudur I\Iandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, pending disposal of the writ petition.

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T, VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.4325 OF 2O2O ORDER:

The present u,rit petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not registering FIR on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 31.03.2019, as being i11ega1, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumai u. State of U.P. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, ot-I instructions, submits that based on the complaint ol the petitioner, a case has nou,' been registered by the 3.d respondent authority vide Crime No.20 of 2O2O dated 03.O3.2O2O under Sections 447, 468, 506 read u,ith Section 34 of tPC and the authority has taken up investigation in the matter.

Having regard to the above submission, since a case has now been registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders are necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
