Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 05.01.2018 but no action has been taken on the same. It is eventually submitted by the learned counsel that the said representation may be directed to be verified by the respondents and appropriate action be taken as per law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 05.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
