THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.4344 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the revenue authorities were not issuing them pattadar pass books whereby they could avail the benefit of Rythu Bandhu Scheme of the Government of Telangana.

While so, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, brought it to the notice of this Court that the entries made in the revenue records in favour of the petitioners were duly deleted by proceedings dated 25.02.2018 of the Tahsildar, Makthal Mandal. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record. In the light of the aforestated facts, the cause in this writ petition, as framed, no longer survives for consideration. In the event, the petitioners are aggrieved by the deletion of their names in the revenue records under the aforestated proceedings dated 25.02.2018, they are at liberty to independently challenge the same by way of separate proceedings in accordance with law.

Subject to the above observation, this writ petition shall stand dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
