The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under; "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the claim of the petitioner in Form-VIA dated 09.02.2017 for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed for an extent of land Acs.3.31 gts in Sy.No.503/A, Acs.6.31 gts in Sy.No.967/B, Ac.1.23 gts in Sy.No.966/A, Ac.0.20 gts in Sy.No.930, Ac.1.30 gts in Sy.No.943, Ac.0.39 gts in Sy.No.949, Ac.1.12 gts in Sy.No.1010, Ac.1.24 gts in Sy.No.1011, Ac.1.32 gts in Sy.No.1012, Ac.1.11 gts in Sy.No.1013, Ac.1.36 gts in Sy.No.1035, Ac.0.16 gts in Sy.No.1026, Ac.1.38 gts in Sy.No.1034, Ac.1.24 gts in Sy.No.1216, Ac.1.

18 gts in Sy.No.1217, Ac.2.17 gts in Sy.No.1218, Ac.0.38 gts in Sy.No.1220, Ac.1.08 gts in Sy.No.1221, Ac.0.28 gts in Sy.No.1222, Ac.1.05 gts in Sy.No.1223, Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No.1224, Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No.1225, Ac.1.27 gts in Sy.No.1226 and Ac.2.01 gts in Sy.No.1227, situated at Begumpeta Revenue Village, Ramagiri Mandal, Peddapally District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the above said lands and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an application in the prescribed format in Form VI-A under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, seeking mutation in the revenue records in relation to the subject lands.

SK, J W.P.No.4283 of 2019 Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Ramagiri Mandal, Peddapally District, to remain somnolent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ramagiri Mandal, Peddapally District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
