At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh case.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

3.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
