This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent in Rc.No.4367/2016/VJA.C1, dated 18.12.2017, ordering an inquiry under Section 51 of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, on the constitution, working and financial position of the petitioner Society, contrary to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.38782 of 2016 dated 27.10.2017. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the revised order dated 20.02.2018. In view of the same, permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the revised order dated 20.02.2018. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
