The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the judgment dated 01.05.2017 passed in E.A. No.5 of 2017 in E.P. No.2 of 2017 in O.P. No.883 of 2011 by the learned Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2) Heard both sides and perused the grounds of revision and other material on record including the impugned order of the lower Court.

3) The impugned order of the lower Court in categorical terms reiterated the existing legal position. The Judgment Debtor cannot raise a claim for his own property and that too, the executing Court, having determined the rights and liability in the judgment, can not go beyond the decree for its enforcement. However, coming to the calculation difference, if any, it is left open to file fresh calculation before the lower Court for its determination and the lower Court to proceed with the matter. 4) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of for nothing to interfere. There shall be no order as to costs. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
