RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the greunds filed in Crl.P., the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions in Crl.P.No. 1274 of 2018 dated 15-2-2018 to attend the Police Station on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 AIvl and 04.00 PM and to stay within the limits of Ramachandrapuram Police Station and fu(her condition that the petitioner should not leave the limits of Ramachandrapuram Police Station without prior permission from the court of the Judge, Medak at Sangaeddy with the interest of justice. r.P N 127 4 f2 Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances staed in the Memo. of Grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No. 5 on bail in Crime NO. 767 of 2016 of P.S. Ramachandapuram, Cyberabad, on any terms and conditions.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum grounds filed herein, and the orders of the High Court dated. 15-02-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 1274 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri lvl. Adam, Advocate for petitioner and of the Public Prosecuto(Ts) on behalf of respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:- "The condition of appearance before Station House Officer concerned on every Monday and Thursday between 10.00 AM and 04.00 PM is modified to appear once in a month on first Sunday between 10.00 AM and 04.00 PM till end of trial including for assurance of availability to face trial.
Other conditions of the order remain unchanged. Accordingly, this petition is ordered."
