HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.385 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.1006 of 2015 from the file of Family Court-cum-IV-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

Wife filed this petition seeking transfer of O.P.No.1006 of 2015 filed by respondent before Family Court, Vijayawada. Advocate for respondent represented that respondent has no objection for transfer of O.P.No.1006 of 2015 from Vijayawada to Ranga Reddy. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of petition and also considering the submission of advocate for respondent, O.P.No.1006 of 2015 is withdrawn from Family Courtcum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, and transferred to Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

Transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
