JUSTI CE ANI S CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.3009 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) In the light of the additional affidavit dated 29.11.2016 filed by the second petitioner on behalf of himself and the other petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn as the remedy of statutory appeal has been availed by them.

Interim order dated 28.07.2015 shall stand vacated. Any amount deposited by the petitioners pursuant to the interim order is permitted to be withdrawn upon a proper application made before the Executing Court. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
