THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT APPEAL NO.652 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, appearing on behalf of the appellants, submits that the subject matter of this Writ Appeal is covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.380 of 2017 and batch dated 05.06.2017 wherein the order of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.3529 of 2017 and batch dated 23.02.2017 was followed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-writ petitioner, who is present in Court today, also agrees that the subject matter of this Writ Appeal is covered by the aforesaid judgments.
