When the matter had come up on 18.02.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting his case.

2. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
