THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3649 OF 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in selecting the 3rd respondent in the draw conducted on 3.1.2018 though he being a non local and issuing letter of intent in favour of the 3rd respondent without acting upon the complaint of the petitioners dt.5.1.2018 as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the unified guidelines and consequently direct the official respondents to forthwith act upon the complaint of the petitioners and to cancel the appointment of 3rd respondent as dealer and conduct re-draw as per unified guidelines with the local candidates."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, that the complaint of the petitioners has been acknowledged by the Grievance Cell and the matter is pending consideration before the Grievance Cell of the respondent organization and pending consideration of the same, no Letter of Intent (L.O.I.) would be issued in favour of the unofficial respondent herein. 3.
The same is recorded.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. It is further made clear that if the petitioners herein are aggrieved by the further orders that may be passed by the respondent organization,
it is open for them to assail the same. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
