THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON Nos.4356, 4362, 4363, 4424 and 4452 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

Challenge in these writ petitions is to the common order dated 17.04.2014 passed by the Joint Collector, Medak at Sangareddy, in exercise of revisionary power. Sri A.P.Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in these cases, would inform this Court that some of the petitioners herein were themselves parties to the common revisionary order while the others claim through such parties. Learned counsel would further inform this Court that the very same common order dated 17.04.2014 fell for consideration before the common High Court for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in W.P.Nos.13315, 13405, 13412, 13415, 13326, 13389 and 13399 of 2014 and by common order dated 27.12.2018, a learned Judge of the common High Court allowed the said writ petitions setting aside the revisionary order dated 17.04.2014.

A copy of the aforestated common order passed by the learned Judge is placed on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, fairly concedes that no appeal was filed against the aforestated common order passed by the learned Judge. In that view of the matter, no cause is made out for independent adjudication afresh in these writ petitions on merits. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the common order dated 27.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.13315 of 2014 and batch and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are allowed setting aside the common order dated 17.04.2014 passed by the Joint Collector, Medak at Sangareddy.

a notice afresh to the petitioners and passing appropriate orders in relation to the subject land in accordance with the due procedure. This liberty is being granted in terms of the liberty granted by the learned Judge in the common order dated 27.12.2018 in W.P.No.13315 of 2014 and batch.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _______________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Date:05.03.2019 GJ
