THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO. 21482 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the Memo No.601179/ IE/ A2/ 2017, dated 29.05.2017, issued by respondent No.1 and all other consequential proceedings issued by the respondents, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T.Vishnu Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, states that the impugned G.O. has been withdrawn vide Memo No. 601179/ IE/ A2/ 2017, dated 07.07.2017. 4.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge if any fresh notification is issued. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
