THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22405 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri M.Damodar Reddy restricts his prayer to direct respondents 3 and 4 to consider the objections of petitioners and communicate a decision on the objections of petitioners within reasonable period. The Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) submits that respondents 3 and 4 would examine the objections and communicate a decision within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

By placing the above statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit objections by enclosing a copy of this order for expeditious consideration by respondents 3 and 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
