It is stated by Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned Counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances this Court granted interim order dated 25.08.2014 in WP.MP.No.28807 of 2014 in WP.No.22983 of 2014 and the same is not disputed by Dr.Y.Padmavathi, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Corporation.

Both the counsel agreed that the writ can be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.28807 of 2014 in WP.No.22983 of 2014 dated 25.08.2014.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 25.08.2014 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.28807 of 2014 in WP.No.22983 of 2014. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
