This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dt.30.12.2019 and 31.12.2019 of the petitioner seeking deletion of the name of respondent No.5 from the Revenue records and incorporate the name of the petitioner in respect of agricultural land bearing Sy.No.490, admeasuring Ac.1-25 guntas, situated at Indharam Village, Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial District, as arbitrary and illegal. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4. The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that basing on the representations dt.30.12.2019 and 31.12.

ARR,J W.P.No.4327 of 2020 the compensation amount will be deposited before the authorities concerned.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
