THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.36420 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner filed an application before the Tahsildar, Penuganchiprolue Mandal, Krishna District, the 3rd respondent, for grant of pattadar passbooks relating to Acs.2.00 of land in R.S.No.64/2 of Muchintala Village, Penuganchiprolu Mandal, Krishna District. The said application was rejected by the 3rd respondent under his endorsement in L.Rc.No.B.279/2014, dated 10.12.2014. But, the petitioner was given an opportunity to submit relevant documents and explain the source of title of his mother. Accordingly, the petitioner is stated to have made a detailed representation, dated 11.02.2015, which is pending before the 3rd respondent and it is alleged that no orders are passed by the 3rd respondent on the petitioner's application, in view of further representation made by him on 11.02.2015.
In the circumstances, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.02.2015, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
