The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dt.13.08.2019 to the Registry requesting to list the matter under the caption for withdrawal as he was instructed by his client to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the matter is listed and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the petition. M/s.Bharadwaj Associates is not opposing the said request. Permission is accorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
