THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31906 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is being called repeatedly to the police station in connection with the truncations of Sri Laxmi Narasimha Trading, Mellacheruvu, with which he has no connection whatsoever.

Learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions received from the 4th respondent that there is no case registered against the petitioner and the allegation of petitioner being harassed is denied. The allegation of the petitioner receiving calls is also false allegation and this Writ Petition is filed only on mere apprehension to prevent the police from taking any action against him.

Recording the submission of the 4th respondent that the petitioner is not being called to the Police Station, the Writ Petition is closed. However, in the event it is found that the respondents have made a false statement, they are liable to be prosecuted for making a false statement before the Court. No Order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
