It is represented by the learned Standing for the A.P.S.R.T.C that in terms of the interim order granted by this Court on 11.09.2007 in WPMP.No.22647 of 2007 in W.P.No.17658 of 2007, the respondent Corporation provided alternative employment to the petitioner as per the provisions of Section 47 of the Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and subsequently he got promotion as Helper also and is continuing in service as on date. 2.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent did not pay the amounts for the interregnum period for which the learned Standing Counsel has submitted that it is open for the petitioner to make an application.

In view of the above submissions, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to make an application for payment of amounts, if any, due from the respondents.
