This matter was instituted in 2016. When it came up before the Court on 01.12.2016, it was recorded by the learned Judge that there was no representation and the matter was adjourned to be listed in usual course. Even today, there is no appearance. Obviously, therefore, the petitioner does not intend to prosecute this matter and has essentially abandoned it. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
