THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3601 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner complains that though he submitted an application on 18.12.2017 before respondents 2 and 3 seeking permission for construction of a house building in the land admeasuring Acs.2.04 guntas in Survey Nos.1190 and 1191, situated at Gattu Bhootkoor Village, Gangadhara Mandal, Karimnagar District, respondents 2 and 3 are not considering the same.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for Gattu Bhootkoor Village Gram Panchayat and in view of the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with the direction to the third respondent to consider the application stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 18.12.2017 seeking permission for construction of a house building on the subject land and pass orders in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
