B/O tk IA.No.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition No.iii imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.1302/2018 while granting Anticipatory Bail to this petitioner that he shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the crime was registered at Moinabad, the same was transferred to the CBI for the purpose of investigation.

In view of the same, the petitioner shall file petition before the concerned Special Court for CBI cases giving reasons for travel of this petitioner and on such filing the concerned court shall after considering the necessity of this petitioner to travel shall pass appropriate orders and dispose off the said petition.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
