THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2194 OF 2012 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 22.06.2012, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.7975 of 2012 in W.P.No.6278 of 2012. None appears for the petitioner.

Today, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submit that since the petitioner himself has withdrawn the above said writ petition on 29.04.2013 and the interim order, dated 22.06.2012, has since been complied with by the respondent authorities by stopping the constructions made by respondent Nos.4 and 5, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case. In the light of the above said submission, the contempt case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
