Nagar, in CrlMP.No. 154 of 2016 in Crl.Appl.No. 445 of 2016 dated 1210212021 by restoring the said Crl.M.P.No. 154 of 20'16 in Crl.Appl.No. 445 of 2016 to its original stage and permit to Petitioner/Appellant to contest the appeal, on such terms as this Hon'ble court may deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice. l.A.
