SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7898 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is the sole accused, in C.C.No.49 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate of Excise, Ongole. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 379, 447 and 506 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014 and the accused is acquitted by virtue of the said order. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required. 5.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
