THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2205 of 2016 ORDER :

This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant praying the Court to issue direction for expeditious disposal of O.P.No.284 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court at Warangal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of O.P.No.284 of 2013.

No such positive direction as sought for can be granted for disposal of the matters pending before the concerned courts considering huge volume of cases pending and no priority can be assigned to the case instituted later as compared to the cases instituted earlier. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court praying for expeditious disposal of pending O.P. On filing of such application, the trial Court may consider the same for expeditious disposal.

With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
