- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.4381 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Alleging that no action is taken on the complaint made by the petitioner on 08.03.2018, this writ petition is filed. 3.

On written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Manuguru Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, learned Government Pleader would submit that no such complaint is received by the police.

Having regard to this submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to make a fresh complaint. 5.

Leave as sought is granted and petitioner is permitted to make a fresh complaint. If such a complaint is made, the police shall look into the complaint made and take further course of action as warranted by law, taking due note of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of Uttar Pradesh1.
