This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.13153 of 2015 dated 01.05.2015.

When the case is called, it is represented by both learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the order of this Court has been complied with by issuing pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioners after following due procedure prescribed by law.
