The petitioner herein seeks a writ of mandamus for declaring the action of Respondents 2 and 3 in trying to terminate her services, as arbitrary and illegal.

I am afraid that there is no cause of action for the petitioner to approach this Court as of now for obtaining a direction against Respondents 2 and 3 not to terminate her service. On mere apprehension that Respondents 2 and 3 are likely to terminate her service, she cannot approach this Court. Therefore, without going into the merits, in any manner, this writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand dismissed.
